1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What is Covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
Manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the product.
3. What is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to wheels, bearings, and brake pads.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or modifications.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and discoloration.
Damage resulting from use outside of the intended purpose of the product.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team at support@flyingeagleskate.com with the following information:Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
A detailed description of the issue.
Photographs or videos showing the defect, if applicable.
Our Customer Service team will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective product.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part at no charge to you.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Additional Information
For international customers, additional shipping charges may apply for warranty claims.
Please retain your proof of purchase for the duration of the warranty period.
