Refund Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Before Shipment :

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t left our warehouse, get in touch with our customer service for an order cancellation.

After delivery

Customers need to pay a 5% handling fee if they request to cancel the order (including the case of the package being rejected and returned in place) or return the product after delivery. Customers also need to bear the return shipping fee of 25$- 35$.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back to us without consent to return will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the consumer(example: didn't like/want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee (the shipping fee we send to the consumer, the shipping fee the consumer sends back). The specific fee should be based on the express company.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Slight wear and scratches are not quality problems. Because the skates are made in China, they travel a long way and are transported multiple times before they get to you. Therefore, bumps and wear during shipping are normal. If you really mind the damage, we We can help you apply for compensation.

For small parts that are lost or damaged, we are willing to reissue new ones to you.

Exception/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special order or personalization). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specials or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.

Please note: There is a 5% processing fee for refunds after placing an order with paypal.
